Azcue Investment is executing several projects at the same time, where our main goal is providing high quality service to our customers. Plantation Walk
This project will encompass approximately 200,000 square feet of retail space as well as office, hotel and residential space. It count with an estimated budget of 350 millions.
The project is located in Plantation and once develop, is set to feature 700 luxury apartments, 160,000 square feet of Class A office space, a 263-key Sheraton hotel and two parking garages.
Via Mizner
Via Mizner located north of Camino Real in Boca Raton is composed by 3 Phases encompass roughly 8 acreson. Phase 1, at the intersection on the south end, has 366 rental apartments. Phase 2 is a Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Phase 3, on the north end, is a 92-unit condo whose owners will have privileges at the hotel.
